I see that you've emailed us. I am going to close this to prevent duplication of efforts.

To get you going, it sounds as if you created and signed into the account online, which would not show your data until you imported it. Did you go through that process? One of my colleagues will be with you as soon as possible. We do not have access to account details here in the community. They will be the best to assist you.
