1 Password does not work.

Please help
Whenever I open 1 Password in any browser it opens another session in Windows. See attached image

I can not use it until I delete 1 Password in the tasks manager.

I followed several tips from a Google search but it does not seem to work.

This is VERY frustrating.

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble with 1Password in the browser. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

    1. Which browser(s) are you seeing the issue in?
    2. Do you have the 1Password desktop app installed?
    3. What version of 1Password in the browser is installed: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser

    Can you also attach the image that you mentioned to your reply. Here's how:

    Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the image.
