1 Password for Safari not working right in my opinion

When I click on the I Password icon the menus bar in Safari the main I Password dialogue box opens and I enter my password & I then click on enter the box goes away I assume I am good to go, BUT I h...

Here is a screenshoot of both dialogue boxes. I enter my password on the right one and it goes away. Then I have to click on open 1 password so I can use the extension.
