1P 8.9.4 opens but does not fill

1P 8 will open a requested web site but does not fill in requested user name or password. I enter user name, then copy and paste password. 1Password Version: 8.9.4 Extension Version: 2,3...

Thanks for your reply, Dave.

I followed the steps you suggested. I still have the same problem. 1P takes me to the page but does not fill in the user name or password. Nos suggestions appear below the username/password fields.
