1P not filling the boxes

If this is not the right forum for this, please move it. For the last week or so I have frequent occurrences of 1P not filling the user name and/or password. It opens the log in page then stops. H...

Extension 2.12.0
Yes I fill by clicking on Open and Fill in the app
Yes I see the icon in the toolbar and it works as it should although it takes a while to recognise that the Desktop app is unlocked.
