I need to view an old OTP field for a specific login item in 1Password 7. Is there a way to do this without overwriting my current vault? I just need to view to see what a specific OTP field was.
ModeratorThe process should be similar with 1Password 7 thought the interface may look different. I'd recommend viewing on 1Password.com.
Also, for safety sake please make sure you make a backup of the item in question. I don't take chances with my TOTP codes. Better to throw away a duplicate than be sorry.
I have a membership but I don't store my passwords in a vault that is on 1Password's servers. That's the reason I'm still on 1Password 7, working on finding a new alternative since they don't seem to be bringing back offline vaults.

When you view the previous history of an item you can see the item as it existed at that specific time including the TOTP code.
