1password 7 doesn't work on Mac after software update Monterey 12.3

Since the update to Monterey 12.3, !PW 7 doesn't work for me on my MacBook Pro in either Safari or Chrome. I get an empty white box in the dock and the application "1password7" can't be opened. ...
