1Password 7 still shows up in the log in items on the Mac

I have upgraded to the latest version but 1Password 7 still still shows up in my log-in items on my Mac. Any way to stop that from happening> See screenshot. 1Password Version: 8.9.8 Ex...

So far I've tried to reinstall 1PW7 and uninstall via the OS (as opposed to the 1PW8 installer) as well as uninstall all 1PW versions but the login items remain.

If you were looking for an example 1PW staff of why we wanted you to keep delivering your app via the Mac Store this would be a great one. The Mac Store prevents idiotic stuff like this.
