1Password 8.5 creates empty file when downloading attached file

I have many items in 1Password with attached files. When I select the attached file in the item and click "Download", the attached file is created in the Downloads folder with the correct name, but the file is empty (zero bytes). The same file downloads and displays properly on both my iPhone and iPad using 1Password 7.9.3.

This problem did not occur with an earlier version of 1Password 8 beta and I'm not sure when it started having problems downloading attached files.
