I can't get 1Pw 8.9.8 to autofill on this site, either from the field buttons, or the Safari Extension button. 1Password Version: 8.9.8 Extension Version: 2.4.1 OS Version: 12.6.1 Brows...

This actually occurs on all "https://followmyhealth.com/" sites, but I figured I should provide at least one real example.
