1Password 8 and Safari v 15.1

Hello, I have been grinning and bearing the issues I've seen with 1Password 8 because it's in beta, but I figured I should actually file these as issues because they're starting to get super incon...

Issue 4: sometimes I see the login items, but clicking on it does nothing.
