1Password 8 doesn't sync lock status with desktop app reliably
Since I'm not able to reply to https://1password.community/discussion/145062/1password-8-doesnt-seem-to-sync-lock-status-between-desktop-browser#latest, creating a new post.

Hi this seems to be an old issue but I am also facing this problem with the latest version of the extension today

1 year agoI'm sorry that you're running into trouble with 1Password. Can you tell me a little more about the issue? Are you saving or editing an item using 1Password for Safari and then not seeing that item, or those edits, appear in the desktop app?
Do you see the new item, or edits, when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

Late reply but essentially the app stays stick on this view (when I switch profiles) and doesn't unlock when I click open 1Password.

Thank you for the screenshot. The next time that the issue occurs, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:
