Hello I used to be able to print a hard copy of my passwords. How do I print with the new version on the Mac?

3 years agoThanks for your feedback on this topic, I understand the importance of your family being able to access information in case of an emergency. I've added a vote on your behalf to our internal tracker on the topic, but in the meantime I recommend having a copy of your Emergency Kit stored somewhere safe. If filled out and up to date, this will contain the credentials necessary to access your 1Password account and the data it contains.
The down side of printing copies of your data is that if anything were to change, a company being compromised and you needing to change your password there, for example, that printed copy will then be out of date. Maintaining access to your 1Password account ensures that the data available is accurate.
Let me know how this goes for you or if you have any questions.
@AkamaiGuy,
Glad to see you found an alternative that worked for you! Ideally moving or copying items between 1Password accounts would be the easiest and safest way to transfer logins to an organization you're leaving, but I recognize this is only possible if they themselves use 1Password.
I appreciate you sharing your feedback and use case, I've also added a vote on your behalf to this feature request. Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
