Thanks, ag_mike_d, and I did see your other reply. I just want to endorse here the note from viswiz. Progressive search (as you type) is wonderfully intuitive and obvious.

Few of us have large enough databases of 1Password items for that to be a performance problem. (And if it became a problem, well, a little hash tabling and/or indexing goes a long way.)
