1Password and Accessibility

I opened 1Password 8 this morning and was faced with this:

On opening SysPrefs I tried to follow the instructions but couldn't because macOS Catalina's Accessibility settings do not have this particular setting. I'm confused.

    Hi HelenBubz:

    If you check under System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility, do you see 1Password in the list?
