1Password couldn´t complete its update

Hello, we´re using 1Password on different workstations (Windows10). Sometimes on a few machines there´s an issue with the update. If we press Retry it works fine (sometimes I had to press 2 times)...

Hey @mr_it This can sometimes happen if there is anti-malware installed on your Windows PC which prevents 1Password from updating as it should.

I'm pleased to see that you've since been able to update without further issue. Should this happen again, you're welcome to write in to us at support+windows@1Password.com. We'll then be able to work on this with you directly. :)
