1. It happened more than once
2. I tried both ways but all failed. I have to restart my mac to make 1p app auto start. But it will crash after a random period of time again

1. Has the crash only happened once? Or has it happened more than once?
2. How did you attempt to open 1Password after the crash? By double-clicking on the 1Password icon in the /Applications folder? Or from the Dock?
