1Password Doesn't Start Automatically After 8.10.8 Update [Known Issue]
Starting with version 8.10.8, my 1Password for Mac app doesn't start automatically on startup. I have to start it manually, or click the 1Password icon in my browser, after which everything is normal...

I'm sorry that you're also seeing the same issue. We've opened an internal work item to investigate this further. If you're able to then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
.
With your email please include:
