4 years ago1Password Extension 7.9.8 disappears in Safari 16.2
Hello everyone, do any of you have the following problem:
I just upgraded to macOS Ventura 13.1 and updated 1Password to version 7.9.8 (70908000). However, now when I open Safari the extension no longer shows up in the toolbar.
I went into Safari's extension settings and deactivated and reactivated 1Password. The extension briefly shows up in the toolbar and then immediately disappears again... 🤷
Maybe there's just something odd with the Safari update. Let me know if you also had this problem or have come across a solution?
1Password Version: 7.9.8
Extension Version: 7.9.8
OS Version: macOS 13.1
Browser:_ Safari 16.2

oh, I just went into the toolbar settings and 1Password is there 🤦♂️
So the solution to this is: Even though 1Password used to be in the toolbar, you might have to add it manually going forward:
- right click toolbar
- drag 1Password icon into the toolbar
