1Password Extension crashing safari ios 15.1

3rd generation iPad Pro running 15.1 with 1Password v7.9.3. If I enable the extension it crashes Safari within 5 seconds of opening Safari. I’ve restarted my iPad, removed and reinstalled 1Password, cleared all my cookies, data, history from Safari. Nothing works.
