1Password extension flickers when pressing ctrl+alt

I am facing a flicker issue with 1P extension popup when I try to view password by pressing Ctrl+Alt keys.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Visit a site e.g. Gmail/Amazon in browser Chrome/Firefox
2. Click on extension icon, popup will appear with credentails for that site.
3. Press Ctrl+Alt to view the password.

1P popup window starts flickering. Tried on Chrome and Firefox, same result.
For many sites like 1password.community, in fact I think for all sites which do not have passkey support, it works fine. 
So I guess the issue is only with the sites having passkey support, and there is a banner "Passkey avaialble" in 1P extension popup, not 100% sure though.
