In order to do so, we'll need know a little more about the specifics of your system. Here's how you can get that information to us:
- First, collect a console log from the device and browser where the problem is occurring.
- Once you have that file, send us an email at support+x@1Password.com with the console log attached.
- As part of that email, include a link to this discussion and your forum username.
