1Password Families for Mac will no longer Auto-fill in Safari

Update: I just discovered that on my computer, the 1Password icons also do not work when trying to log-in to the 1Password Support Communities website (https://1password.community/entry/signin?Target=?Target=), so this problem affects multiple websites; not just the Certified Federal Credit Union website. This works fine on my wife's computer, however.
