1Password Families for Mac will no longer Auto-fill in Safari

Additional problem: “The database was terminated” error message is now popping up intermittently today when I bookmark a webpage in Safari. It happened 3 times so far when I was saving bookmarks (not every time, though). However, I just tried saving a bunch of bookmarks, to reproduce the problem, and it won't happen now. This is really getting annoying.
