1Password for Safari beta not updating

I'm in the beta for 1Password for Safari and my extension seems stuck at version 2.18.0, despite the release notes showing that 2.18.1 was released 11/30/23.

1Password Version: 1Password for Mac 8.10.22 (81022021)
Extension Version: 2.18.0
OS Version: macOS 14.2
Browser: Safari
