1Password for Safari does not autofill my OTP for Citrix Storefront

Hi, when logging in to Citrix Storefront 1912, I'm required to enter username/password/OTP, which 1Password knows. Unfortunately, the Safari plugin does not seem to recognise the OTP challenge and does not fill the current token. Example URL is https://np-ehvaccess.prod.services/ - thanks for your advice.
