1Password for Safari not working correctly in macOS 15.6.1 and Safari 18
The title says it all. I see the issue is discussed in other places. Opening a site in a new tab does not fix, restarting Safari does not fix for me. Reinstalling 1Password for Safari doesn't fix...

FWIW, I have, essentially, the same setup as you (macOS 15.6.1, Safari 18.6, and 1Password for Safari 8.11.40) on a MacBook Pro with M4 chips, and I did not experience problems (so far :-). My instinctive reaction in such a case (in Safari or any other browser) is to switch off all other extensions, restart the browser, and then test again. If it works all right, then switch the other extensions one by one, and test. It can be a long, boring, and tedious process, but it very often reveals a collision with another extension...
I hope this, or other trick, may help...
