1Password for Safari shows "We couldn't find anything" for Intuit Credit Karma

Hello,
I am having the exact same issue. I checked my 1Password account in both the browser and the app and all of my passwords and information are there. I also have the login website address loaded for every password but even when I try to click on "open and fill" I still get the message "We couldn't find anything". I'm attached a screenshot to show exactly what comes up. - 1P_Dave

I'm sorry that 1Password for Safari isn't suggesting a login for Intuit Credit Karma. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:
- What is the website address of the page in your screenshot? You can copy it from Safari's address bar and paste it in your reply.
- When you open the 1Password app and search for your login, what website address is listed in 1Password?
