1Password in dock is corrupted or missing something

Hi, I have a Mac Mini and several times over the past six months I have logged in to find that the 1Password icon on my dock appears as shown in the attached PNG. At that point I reinstalled 1...

Dock icon change:

  1. Remove the current icon from the Dock buy dragging it off of the Dock. The app will need to be fully quit for this action.
  1. Look for our helper in the menu bar near the WiFi indicator and the clock. Right-click (Option-click) on the helper and select Quit.
  2. Quit your browser.
  1. Open the (replaced?) application from the Applications folder and when you see the icon appear in the Dock, right-click and select keep in Dock.
  2. Drag the icon to the desired placement.
