Hi @homerj, thanks for writing in and sharing this experience. I'm sorry Autofill isn't working as expected for you and my apologies for the delay in reply.

When you next run into some inconsistent Autofill responses from Chrome, I'd like to ask you to restart the browser by removing the app from Recents (square button at the bottom of the screen or a short swipe up on home). Then re-open the app and try filling.
