I'm sorry that you're seeing an issue with 1Password and Keyboard Maestro. I'd like to collect some additional information to better understand the situation:

  1. What specific key seems to cause the issue? For example, if you change the shortcut for "Show 1Password" or "Show Quick Access" to shortcuts that use other keys do you see the same issue?
  2. Does the same issue occur if you set the shortcuts that you're using for 1Password for another app (if you have another app with configurable shortcuts)? 
  3. What kind of keyboard layout and language are you using?
