Hi everyone, I am having trouble getting 1Password to scan a QR code for 2FA. See attached image. When I try to scan, I get "QR Code Detection Failed" Can anyone help?

In some cases the browser extension is able to scan a QR code that the desktop app can't. Could you try scanning it using the 1Password browser extension instead?
First, make sure Kaspersky's 2FA setup webpage with the QR code is visible on your screen. Then:
- Open the 1Password extension in your browser.
- Find and open the Kaspersky item (if it's not suggested already).
- Click the three dots (⋮) > Scan QR code.
If scanning continues to fail, you can add the one-time password manually:
- Edit the item.
- Click + add more at the bottom.
- Click One-Time Password.
- Copy the secret key shown underneath the QR code.
- Paste it into the one-time password field, and save the item.
Let me know how this goes!
