1Password on Linux missing window mgmt controls

Just installed 1Password (8.11.22) on Elementary OS 8.1 using a Debian package downloaded from 1password.com.  The application installed correctly and i am able to login and access my vault.  However...

Thanks 1P_Gem!  It is a brand new install of the OS.  No themes or tweaks.  All other apps work as expected and have the window controls present. I have applied system updates and restarted but the issue with 1Password is still present.
