1Password opens in edit screen

I'm sorry that you're running into an issue as well. Can you clarify the specific behaviour that you're seeing? Are you seeing the 1Password for Mac desktop app open to an item's edit view? How are you opening the 1Password app?

You said that you weren't using a Logitech keyboard, are you using a Logitech mouse?
