Since you've already attempted all of the basic troubleshooting steps, I'd like to ask you to grab some diagnostics and logs from your PC for us:
- A console log from your browser: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
- A diagnostics report from 1Password for Windows: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
Send both the log and diagnostics to us at support+x@1password.com with a link to our current discussion. Someone from our team will have a look and let you know what we find.
