1Password Safari behaving weirdly

Hi all, I'm a longtime user of 1P and am getting some weird behavior in the last day or so. In Safari I'm unable to autofill from the 1P Safari extension. It is open, it shows the correct login in...

I have the same problem (I think) - 1Password will display a dropdown of login choices in Safari - but clicking on those choices does nothing.

Instead, I have to command-slash, then choose a login from the list displayed - at which point it'll auto-fill.
