1password syncing everywhere but on work computer

I've enjoyed 1password for a couple of years - works well on iPhone, iPad, home Mac desktop, laptop and USUALLY on work PC but new entries on work PC are not updated everywhere else and new entries other places are not making it to work PC - I don't want to delete and reinstall at work because there are a bunch of passwords already there - how do I get one of my many devices to start syncing again? Firewall at work?
