1Password unresponsive
On my Win11 computer, 1Password won't open.
It doesn't appear in the task manager, no error messages occur - simply no response.
I have followed the instructions of doing a full uninstall > reinstall, including deleting the related files from C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local and doing regedits, then restarting, reinstalling, then re-logging in.
Following this process 1Password works after 1 or 2 attempts, but a few weeks later, for unknown reasons, this happens again and I have to go through this process again.
My Win 11 computer is running a fairly clean set of programs, very few more than MS Office.
Is there a long-term fix for this? Redoing this process every few weeks is disruptive and risky.

Hi IHobly! Thanks for joining the 1Password Community. I'm sorry to hear about this recurring issue, and can definitely understand how disruptive it would.
For this issue I would recommend getting in touch with our support team via email as we'll likely need to take a look at some logs or diagnostics to help get to the bottom of things. You can contact the team by sending a message to support@1password.com. With your message please include a link to this discussion and your username (below). After writing in you'll receive an automated reply with your ticket number which you can share here.
Thanks again!
