1Password will not autofill and I have to copy and paste

I have two machines - MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. On the MacBook Pro, time and time again 1Password will not fill in the fields in a website in Safari. I see a 1Password icon in the fields and the Safari browser extension is there and it opens - but it is unable to fill in the fields and I have to copy and paste.

1Password Version: 8.10.30
Extension Version: 2.22.1
OS Version: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
Browser: Safarie Version 17.4.1

I followed https://support.1password.com/1password-browser-troubleshooting/ - and it works - until the problem starts again
