1Password windows app date time mismatch

The date time format in 1Password for Windows 8.11.16 (81116035) is still mm/dd/yyyy even though the system current date-time format is yyyy-mm-dd as shown below.

Did I miss anything?

    Thank you for the question! The 1Password for Windows desktop app currently looks at your Windows PC's preferred language in order to set the date format. Could you open the Language & region setting window on your PC and let me know what preferred language is currently set?
