1Password (Windows) Nightly breaks browser integration

Since the last update, the nightly desktop version for Windows 11 breaks the integration with any of the browser extensions (Production/Beta/Nightly) in Chrome, Brave, and Firefox.

Re-installation does not resolve the issue. Only working solution is rolling back to the desktop beta version, at which point all the extensions automatically integrate and resume locking/unlocking correctly.


1Password Version: 8.10.54.019
Extension Version: Latest (Stable/Beta/Nightly)
OS Version: Windows 11
Browser: Chrome, Brave, Firefox

    Did a search to see if it had been reported - couldn't see anything at the time. Now of course I can see several others reported it in the days before (I kept forgetting to get around to reporting it). Not sure why the search didn't show up the other reports - obviously the terms I searched for weren't a good match.

    Do you have a specific channel for the nightly version?

    Thank you for reporting the issue! Our development team is aware and is working on a fix which should hopefully be released soon in an update to the nightly version.
