1Password with Alfred App

I have 1Password on my Mac. Alfred app is also something I've been wanting to use, but I'm a little paranoid that the rogue workflows might steal data from 1Password

Could that be possible?

Also, I would like to know if there is a way for any other app on the Mac to steal any kind of data from 1Password (logins, passwords, documents, other details) that is stored there.
