1Password won't open on my Pixel

Hello, stefjeff. Thank you for writing in. I'm sorry about the issue you're running into with 1Password on your Pixel.

If you're getting a blank screen with no 1Password lock icon, I'd like to ask if you could clear the 1Password for Android app's app data and sign back into the 1Password for Android app to see if this resolves the issue.

Please ensure you have access to 1Password on another device or your https://support.1password.com/emergency-kit/ and know your account password before clearing the app data of the 1Password for Android app.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap Apps > 1Password.
  3. Tap Storage, then tap Clear Storage or Clear Data.
  4. Open the 1Password for Android app, then sign into your 1Password account again using one of the sign-in steps provided within the app.
