Getting this too.

I also notice I get a message from 1Password when I start Chrome claiming Chrome is in the middle of an update.

Same as @oastertoaster I am on Chrome 99 and Monterey with a Mac Book M1 Pro

So I wonder if it something to do with a combination of all those variables?
