I'm sorry for the continued issues. We've just released further improvements to the production version of 1Password. Could you please update both 1Password for Safari and the 1Password for Mac desktop app to version 8.12.12:

 
After updating, and restarting Safari, please try to reproduce the issue again. If you still see the issue then let me know and I can help further.
