2 Machines show different versions up to date

I have two windows desktops next to each other. One says version 8.10.16 you're up to date. The other says version 8.4.1 you're up to date. Both are on production versions. How do I get them on the s...

Your machine showing 8.4.1 is certainly very far behind. It sounds like that device may be having issues updating.
