Hi @agbaber:

Thanks for following up. It doesn't need to be a "known" integration, however, the URL of the page needs to be in the Login item. Since Heroku logins flow through Salesforce for two-factor authentication, if you add https://verify.salesforce.com to your Heroku item, does that improve your state of play? Let me know!
