A ways back my phone and computer stopped syncing...

If I merge my vaults on phone and computer now - which are a little different after all this time, I want to be sure nothing will be deleted. Phone is Iphone x, computer is new, macbook pro. Mac OS...

I made sure my computer is backed up, but don't see a way to do that on my phone?
