about how watchtower works

Hello :) I have a question about Watchtower. As I understand it, the service alerts me when one of my login/password pairs is affected by a data leak, or when the website URL is affected by a leak...

I confirm that every Watchtower options are turned on on every device (macOS, iOS, Linux, Windows).
