Thank you for the feedback! We're always looking to make it easier to report issues and I've shared your suggestions with the team! 

For the time being, in Chrome, you can click Window > Extensions and copy the version number of the 1Password extension from there. In Firefox, you can click Tools > Extensions and Themes.
